Help Crime Stoppers Solve Past Homicides

On Saturday August 31, 1991, at around 6:10 a.m.. police were dispatched to the Estate Sion Farm Ball Park bleachers, where they discovered the body of 18-year-old Damon Maurice Richardson of Estate Richmond, St. Croix. Richardson was found with a gunshot wound to the head. A citizen who lives nearby told police that a gunshot was heard at around 11:30pm the night before.

On February 9, 2002, Ray Seeles, 47, was shot and killed by an unknown assailant at the FNA Service Station across from the Sunny Isle Shopping Center, St. Croix. Seeles was shot in the upper body and was later pronounced dead at the Juan F. Luis Hospital.

On Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at approximately 1:00 pm the Criminal Investigation Bureau was notified of a stolen or missing vessel from the area of
Caneel Bay St. John. The Hull ID#(HEM04381K718) it’s a 2019 Highfield Inflatable Dinghy, gray in color. This case is presently under investigation.
