A Members-Only Business Session will be held from 10 a.m. to noon.
The Public Session will be held from 12:30-3 p.m. (Registration Required)

Keynote Speaker: The Honorable Donna Frett-Gregory, president of the 34th Legislature of the USVI, will speak on “Challenges and Opportunities as Seen Through a Legislative Lens.”
There will be a panel discussion: “A Constitution and Political Status for the USVI” featuring Gerard Emanuel and Ronald Russel Esq.
