CRUZ BAY — A portion of King Street was blocked off on New Year’s Eve day while contractors poured concrete for the new floor of the future Longboards restaurant in the former Joe’s Diner which served the Cruz Bay area with breakfast and fast food lunch dishes for more than 40 years.
