Open Forum: A Lament to Liberty V.I.

Kindly print my lament to Liberty V.I. and the rest of the Virgin Islands subscribers who are paying monthly bills (three to four months now) and receiving virtually no service.

I am forced to use What’s App or my land line as I have very limited texting or calling ability. I did all the procedures — went to the office in Red Hook — called and spoke with representatives multiple times — they put a new sim card in — didn’t work — had me put several new sim cards in electronically while keeping me on the phone for upwards of one hour several times to “fix” the problem, to no avail. Tedious waste of time as I was no farther ahead after each call.

Early on I was told that “surely” I would receive a month’s credit on my bill for the lack of service. (I have the name of the gentleman that told me that.) To date I have received no credit and have practically given up on calling and texting via cell phone — this doesn’t make any sense.

Obviously I am going to have to give up on Liberty and choose another carrier. Please reprint the FCC number as I am sure I am not the only person who wants to formally lodge a complaint.
