Photo Focus – First Annual Pate Festival Delivers a Culinary Treat, Cultural Experience

The first Annual Pate Festival took over the Agricultural Grounds on St. Croix last Sunday with hundreds of attendees. Pates were in plenty, from saltfish, conch, tofu, beef, shrimp, and chicken to name a few.

This year’s pate festival featured winners in the categories of meat, seafood, and veggie by a panel of judges who sampled 24 participating booths. Winners received more than just bragging rights, with more to come for next year.
