Records Bureaus on St. Thomas and St. John Early Closure

The Virgin Islands Police Department Records Bureaus on St. Thomas and St. John will be closed early at 12:00 p.m. on Friday for employees to attend the viewing of Detective Delberth Phipps, Jr.
