Sunset Ridge Villas Reopen One Year After Hurricane Irma

Sunset Ridge Villas, a six villa resort with commanding views of Pillsbury Sound and St. Thomas, reopened for business on September 8, just over a year after Hurricane Irma.

A Grand Re-Opening Special is being offered. Guests arriving for a seven night stay (or longer) anytime between September 8 and November 24 will receive a 25% discount off low season rates.

According to the chairman of the Sunset Ridge Villas Owners Association, “It has taken a year to make repairs, renovations, and improvements to the villas. We give credit for the excellent results to our Owners Association, the Owners Management Committee, our property management company, Cimmaron St. John, and the local contractors who worked on the project.”

Since 1995, Sunset Ridge Villas, a six villa interval ownership resort, has provided spectacular yet quiet and relaxing vacation experiences for owners and guests. Each villa provides plenty of room for groups up to eight to enjoy nearly 1800 square feet of living space, including a private patio with grill.  A large pool with spectacular sunset views is shared by the six villas.
