Bill No. 33-0033 – An Act to add a new section to Title 3, chapter 16, of the Virgin Islands Code, to reenact the V.I. Tax Study Commission, which will be tasked with reviewing current laws and tax structures of the Virgin Islands for the purpose of initiating tax reform and maximizing a revenue in a fair and impartial manner.
