To Tage or Not to Tage?

For the past few weeks I’ve been hearing a lot of “uh-oh, Ted left Tage again, they’re done,” from friends. So instead of believing the coconut telegraph, I decided to give it a try and see what the story was.

Behind the line was Brook, a well-traveled and experienced chef who was actually the sous chef with Ted for two years at Paradiso and the owner Karrl.

Upon receiving my meal, was it as “drizzled” as Ted’s creation? No, but was it as artistic and appealing to the eye? Yes. Was it as delicious as all of the numerous other meals I have had in the past? Yes.

I think Brook has stepped into the position smoothly and done a fabulous job. I was very impressed and suggest everyone go try for themselves before ruling Tage out, just because Ted is gone.
