Update: Third Man Arrested on Charge of Raping Girl, 13

A third man was arrested Saturday on St. Croix and charged with second-degree aggravated rape in connection with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in December, the V.I. Police Department reported. Two other men were arrested Friday.

Sincere Williams, 18, of Upper Love was arrested and charged Saturday and his bail was set at $75,000, according to the VIPD report.

Williams was booked and processed, and subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his advice of rights hearing on Monday at the V.I. Superior Court, the report stated.

Two men of three have been arrested on St. Croix for the rape of a 13-year-old girl, the V.I. Police Department reported.

On Dec. 3, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of a rape that occurred in the Christiansted area where multiple adult males had sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl, police said. The men made contact with the child on social media and made arrangements to meet her, at which time they had sexual relations with her on different dates, times, and locations, according to the police report.

An investigation was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Bureau and it was revealed that three men shared the child sexually, the police report stated.

A warrant was sought and obtained for all three men. On Friday, at 9:15 a.m., 18-year-old Ajani Nicholas and 20-year-old Kevin Nicholas were arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated rape. Their bail was set at $75,000. They were subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending their advice of rights hearing on Monday at the V.I. Superior Court, police said.
