Uranie Blanchard, 79, of Senoia died on Jan. 15. She was born in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, to the late Medric and Lucina Danet on Jan. 7, 1942.
Uranie was preceded in death her parents; her husband, Edward Louis Blanchard; siblings: Ralph Danet, Pierre Danet, Marcel Danet and Elvina Quetel; and granddaughter, Kaitlyn Marie Blanchard.
She is survived by her daughter, Sue (Monica Stevens) Blanchard; son, Jean-Louis (Marlene Dorado) Blanchard; granddaughter, Katie (William) Palmer; sisters: Cecilia Olive and Alicia Vante; brother, Edward Danet; and many relatives and friends.
