I’ll suggest it again: VIDEO CAMERAS STOP CRIME.
If there had been video cameras at any of the intersections near this crime or perhaps even at the ferry terminal it is very likely that these criminals would have been identified. These should be at the top of the police commissioners wish list.
Residents should also be installing video cameras in their homes and on their grounds. They are an effective deterrent.
