Viya joins the people of the Virgin Islands in observing David Hamilton Jackson Day. In an effort, however, to accommodate the schedules of Viya customers and provide the optimum level of service, the Customer Experience Centers will be open on Monday, Nov. 1.
The Customer Experience Centers at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and Estate Diamond on St. Croix will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Customer Experience Center at The Marketplace on St. John will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All customers are encouraged to conduct transactions by using Viya’s online Customer Care and payment portal: www.viya.vi or calling 774-2PAY (2729), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
