8:20 a.m. – A citizen p/r she was assaulted by a male police officer in the area of #3 Estate Enighed. Assault in the third.

7:50 p.m. – A citizen c/r an auto accident on Centerline in the area of the Texaco gas station. Auto accident.

4:03 a.m. – A resident of Estate Grunwald p/r he was assaulted by a male police officer in the area of the Wharfside Village parking lot. Simple assault.

12:15 a.m. – A resident of Estate Adrian r/ that her minor son was assaulted in downtown Cruz Bay. Assault in the third.

12:10 p.m. – A resident of Estate Grunwald p/ at Jurgen Command r/ he was assaulted by another male in the area of Cruz Bay. Aggravated assault.

3:20 p.m. – A resident of Contant p/r he was assaulted by another male taxi driver. Assault in the third.

3:40 a.m. – A citizen p/r her vehicle was stolen while parked in the area of Dolphin Market. Unauthorized use of a vehicle.

7:45 a.m. – A citizen c/r her husband called and informed her about a group of illegal people seen in the Maho Bay area headed to Cinnamon Bay. Police assistance.

9:30 a.m. – A resident of Estate Carolina p/r her vehicle was stolen from the DMV parking lot. Unauthorized use of a vehicle.

1:25 p.m. – A resident of Denver, Colorado p/r a grand larceny. Grand larceny.

4:35 p.m. – A resident of Century Hill c/r her home was broken into. Burglary in the third.

Thursday, December 28
1:20 a.m. – Officer C. Hippolyte and Officer Y. Emmanuel p/ with one Andrew Newton under arrest and charged with driving under the influence. DUI.

3:13 p.m. – Officer D. Petersen c/r a citizen reported via the Coral Bay substation that a group of Haitians were seen walking in wet clothing in the area of Zootenvaal.

6:10 p.m. – A citizen c/r an auto accident in the area of the North Shore Road, in the area of Trunk Bay. Auto accident.

Saturday, December 30
10:55 a.m. – A resident of Estate Carolina p/r someone slashed the tires of her vehicle. Destruction of property, vehicle tampering.

7:10 p.m.  – A citizen p/r she drove her vehicle into a tree trunk. Auto accident.

6:45 a.m. – An employee of Tamarind Court p/r someone took money from the business. Grand larceny.

Monday, January 1
5:15 a.m. – A resident of Estate Enighed p/r he was involved in an auto accident and the other vehicle left the scene. Auto accident.

7:00 a.m. – Badge #45 p/ with Beverly Swan-Brown of 61 Estate Thomas placed under arrest and charged with a warrant issued by the state of California. Bail set at $10,000.

9:05 a.m. – A citizen c/r an overturned vehicle before Pastory Gardens. Police assistance.

Tuesday, January 2
2:21 p.m. – A resident of Fish Bay c/r a white SUV parked in her driveway with two persons inside and another male ran from the downstairs apartment into the white SUV. Police assistance.

2:31 p.m. – A resident of Estate Rendezvous c/r that three people in a white Toyota Four-Runner without a license plate drove out of their driveway at a high rate of speed. Upon checking her residence, she discovered her home was broken into. Burglary in the third.

4:55 p.m. – A resident of Fish Bay c/r that his residence was broken into. Burglary in the third.

6:45 p.m. – A resident of Fish Bay c/r that his residence was broken into. Burglary in the third.

Wednesday, January 3
10:30 a.m. – A citizen c/r a theft. Grand larceny.

3:55 p.m. – A citizen p/r losing his wallet on St. John. Lost wallet.

Thursday, January 4
8:30 a.m. – A citizen r/ that his place of business, the Front Yard, was burglarized. Burglary in the third.

11:30 a.m. – A resident of East End p/r that her bag was stolen. Grand larceny.

2:35 p.m. – A citizen c/r a suspicious white SUV in the area of Fish Bay.

8:15 p.m. – A citizen p/r she was assaulted in the area of Cap’s Place. Aggravated assault and battery.

Friday, January 5
Detective K. Hodge p/ with one Bryan Pacquette of Anna’s Retreat, age 24 years old, under arrest for constructed possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition. Defendant bail set at $25,000, remanded to the Bureau of Corrections.
